Number of years on the team
Currently, I work as a medical assistant and medical scribe in an orthopedic office whilst applying to medical school.
Goals in life
Become an outstanding and compassionate physician, travel the world, and assist in developing novel medical treatments.
Someone you admire
The surgeon that I used to shadow back home was one of the most caring and giving people I have ever met. Once a month, he would host a cleft lip and palate clinic for children in financial need out of his private practice. All within a rotating clinical set up, they would receive surgical consultation, be set up with a post-operative speech therapist, and be scheduled for surgery.
The Da Vinci Code Series. The books in this series have been some of the most exciting and intriguing that I have ever read. I love the suspense mixed in with interesting historical facts
Any Marvel or DC Super hero movie! Each one is better and more thrilling than the last!
Favorite Charity & why
St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is one of the most outstanding foundations that is constantly looking for novel ways to assist children in medical need. No patient is ever turned away for financial reasons and they provide unique treatment options in a fun and friendly environment.
Why did you decide to audition to be a CC?
To meet new people and to make friends. After recently moving to the KC area, I thought one of the best ways to make friends was to meet people who uphold similar passions.
Favorite CC Appearance to date
Our 2016 Draft Day Party. The energy and excitement for the upcoming season was absolutely unbelievable. Getting to know our season ticket members and the pride that they have for the organization was a true joy.
Best Workshop or Audition moment
Having all of my anxieties completely demolished by the fun and welcoming atmosphere when I walked into my first workshop.
