University of Missouri DE Kony Ealy finished the 2013 season with 14 games played, 30 tackles, 13 assists, 9.5 sacks, one INT (49-yard pick-six), six PBUs, three forced fumbles and one fumble recovery.
In three years at Missouri, Ealy played in 38 games, recording 53 solo tackles, 40 assists, 14 sacks, 27.5 TFLs, four forced fumbles, one fumble recovery, 13 PBUs and one INT.
NFL.com offered the following evaluation of Kony Ealy:
* Quick off the snap, with moves like a linebacker
* Shows great flexibility, loose frame
* Impressive closing speed to get to the QB
* Turning his great speed into power
* Using his length to his advantage
Ealy has great athleticism and is still developing; he showed great flexibility as a right defensive end.
