His 82 rushing yards were the seventh-highest single-game playoff total in Chiefs history. Charles also forced and recovered a fumble following an interception.

Tamba’s Day: LB Tamba Hali became the first Chiefs defender to produce a multi-sack game in the postseason since four players did it in 28-20 win at Houston (1/16/94). Hali became the first member of the Chiefs to produce a sack and a fumble recovery in the same playoff game since DE Neil Smith at San Diego (1/2/93).

More Sack Stats: Kansas City registered 4.0 sacks, the highest total by the Chiefs in a postseason game since producing a team-record 9.0 at Houston (1/16/94). LB Jovan Belcher recorded 1.5 sacks and DE Tyson Jackson was credited with a half sack.
