Chiefs Chairman and CEO Clark Hunt will speak with season ticket holders on a conference call today at 10:30 AM (CST). Joining Hunt on the call will be NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, who will answer league-related questions.
The format of the conversation will be a Q&A session. Over the past month, Goodell has taken part in conference calls with season ticket holders from several teams across the NFL.
“The labor situation has also created some uncertainty for the Chiefs and for our fans,” Hunt wrote in an invitation to season tickets holders. “Many of you have expressed questions or concerns about the status of our labor negotiations and preparation for the 2011 season. I'm confident that our entire organization – including football and business operations – will be ready to go when we are playing football again. We very much appreciate honest feedback from our fans and want to ensure open, consistent communication with you.
Hunt continued, “We are committed to listening to all our fans, and especially our season ticket holders, who are the lifeblood of the Chiefs organization.”
Goodell last met with Chiefs season ticket holders January 9th, during a Town Hall meeting at Arrowhead Stadium prior to Kansas City’s playoff game against Baltimore.
Season ticket holders will receive a call at the primary day phone number listed on their account and be directly connected to the conversation upon answering.
