Snap Counts: Reggie Ragland Makes the Most of Extended Playing Time

Ragland played nearly 70 percent of Kansas City’s defensive snaps, leading the team in tackles

Defensive Notes

Linebacker Reggie Ragland tallied 47 defensive snaps (68 percent) and recorded a team-leading nine tackles (8.0 solo), including a tackle for loss. Ragland’s participation in 68 percent of Kansas City’s defensive plays marked a season-high.

Linebacker Frank Zombo, cornerback Marcus Peters and safety Ron Parker each played all 69 defensive snaps on Sunday. Zombo had three tackles (2.0 solo), Peters had five (2.0 solo) and Parker had five. Parker is the only Chief to be on the field for every defensive play this season.

Safety Daniel Sorensen played all but one defensive snap (68), notching six tackles (5.0 solo) and his first interception of the season.

Defensive tackle Cam Thomas, who was signed on Nov. 13, played 15 snaps (22 percent) in his season debut. Thomas had one tackle and a pass defensed.

Offensive Notes

Tight end Travis Kelce played all but one offensive snap (74) on Sunday, matching a season-high with eight catches for 109 yards. It was Kelce’s fourth 100-yard game of the season, the most among tight ends.

Wide receiver Tyreek Hill was on the field for 85 percent of Kansas City’s offensive snaps (64), hauling in seven catches for 68 yards. His seven grabs matched a season-high.
