  • Fourth-year offensive tackle has played in 46 games (43 starts) at both left and right tackle with the Chiefs.
  • Joined the Chiefs as the club’s first-round draft choice (first overall) in the 2013 NFL Draft.
  • Was the first of five offensive tackles taken in the first round of the 2013 NFL Draft and the first of nine offensive linemen taken in the first round.
  • Became the third player in team history to join the Chiefs from Central Michigan University, joining LB Frank Zombo (2013) and S Steve Bograkos (1976). He is the first Chippewa player to be drafted by Kansas City.
  • Fisher is the second player the team has ever drafted with the first overall selection in either the AFL or NFL Draft. The Chiefs drafted Pro Football Hall of Fame DT Buck Buchanan out of Grambling State University with the first overall selection in the 1963 AFL Draft.
  • With the selection of Fisher, it marked the fourth time an offensive lineman has been chosen first overall since the advent of the common draft in 1967. The other three offensive linemen to have been chosen No. 1 during that span were also tackles - Pro Football Hall of Famer Ron Yary (1968), Orlando Pace (1997) and Jake Long (2008).
