Arrowhead Stadium Parking Pass Terms and Conditions

This parking pass is a revocable license (the "Pass") that only grants a one-time entry into the parking area in and around GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium ("Stadium"), with no right of re-entry, for the event specified (the "Event"). The person seeking entry pursuant to this license, and any accompanying minors and/or guests (collectively, the "Holder," "you," or "your"), agrees that this Pass license is subject to these terms and conditions ("Terms") and by acceptance or use or both of this Pass for the Event, Holder is deemed to have read the Terms, understood them, and agreed to be bound by them. Failure to comply with any of these Terms shall result in forfeiture of this license and all rights arising hereunder without refund, and shall entitle the National Football League ("NFL"), the Kansas City Chiefs Football Club, Inc. (the "Club"), Arrowhead Events, LLC, and/or any of their staff, agent(s) or designee(s) (individually or collectively, "Management") to pursue all remedies available by law.

ALL PASS SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN. THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY if admission is refused or revoked, Stadium capacity limitations result in ticket cancellation, or the Event is cancelled and not rescheduled for any reason, is a refund of up to the face value of the Pass set by Management (the "Face Value"). Management's liability for any breach of these terms of this Pass shall not exceed the Face Value. IN NO EVENT SHALL MANAGEMENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY AMOUNT PAID IN EXCESS OF THE FACE VALUE FOR THE PASS.

Management may refuse admission to or eject Holder in Management's sole discretion at any time. Management reserves the right to revoke or restrict Pass purchases and/or Pass acceptance for any reason in Management's sole discretion. If Management refuses admission to or ejects Holder because Holder's conduct, in Management's sole discretion, violates these Terms, any applicable code of conduct, or is otherwise disorderly (or complicit in such conduct), Holder will not be entitled to any refund or remedy. Management may make modifications to any such code of conduct at any time and on one or more occasions.

THE DATE AND TIME OF THE EVENT (AND THE OPENING OF THE GATES) ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY MANAGEMENT IN THEIR SOLE DISCRETION OR AS A RESULT OF EVENTS BEYOND THEIR CONTROL, AND NO SUCH CHANGE SHALL ENTITLE HOLDER TO A REFUND OR OTHER REMEDY IF HOLDER CANNOT ATTEND OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON. Please also be aware that there are certain games scheduled during the NFL's flexible scheduling window for which the date and time of the games may be changed from what is originally reflected on the schedule and what may appear on the ticket. For more detailed information about NFL flexible scheduling procedures for the 2023 NFL Season, please visit https://www.nfl.com/schedules/flexible-scheduling-procedures. Management and the Club disclaim any and all liabilities or expenses Holder incurs as a result of such changes. Holder may be relocated to an alternative area of the parking area in the sole discretion of Management, and no such relocation shall entitle Holder to a refund or any other remedy if Holder is relocated to an area of reasonably comparable face value.

Holder must comply with Management's security policies, including Management's Prohibited/Permitted Items (https://www.chiefs.com/stadium/prohibitedpermitteditems), the Fan Code of Conduct (www.chiefs.com/stadium/fancodeofconduct), and any health and safety policies, assessments, or requirements which may be instituted by Management from time to time. Holder, Holder's vehicle and Holder's belongings may be searched or assessed prior to or upon entry to the Stadium, or at any time thereafter. Prohibited items may be confiscated and/or Holder may be denied admission or have his or her admission revoked at any time while at the Stadium, its environs (including the parking areas), and/or at other security checkpoints at the sole discretion of Management. Holder hereby consents to such searches and assessments and waives all claims relating to them. If Holder does not permit such searches or assessments, Holder acknowledges that Management has the right to deny entry or to eject Holder from the parking areas or Event without refund. Management reserves the right to deny admission to or eject any person who Management, in its sole discretion, determines poses a risk to the health and safety of other attendees and/or whose conduct violates these Terms or any Management or Event policies or codes, or is otherwise disorderly (or complicit in such conduct), without refund.

These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the provisions hereof and by the laws of the state of Missouri and is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by such laws, without giving effect to any choice of laws or conflict of law rules (whether of Missouri or any other jurisdiction) which would limit the application of the laws or of the jurisdiction of the laws of the state of Missouri.

HOLDER HEREBY IRREVOCABLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT THAT HOLDER MAY HAVE TO A TRIAL BY JURY REGARDING ANY DISPUTE. HOLDER UNDERSTANDS THAT THIS CONTRACT CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE THAT MANAGEMENT OR HOLDER MAY ENFORCE. HOLDER HEREBY IRREVOCABLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT THAT HOLDER MAY HAVE TO A SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES AWARD. ANY ARBITRATION AWARD SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES AND ATTORNEYS' FEES. THIS CLAUSE IS GOVERNED BY THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT.

These Terms, and all parts hereof, are separable, severable and divisible in all respects, and the unenforceability of any specific provision of these Terms or part hereof shall not affect the validity of any other provisions or part hereof. In the event that any provision of these Terms or part thereof is determined by a court to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, including, but not limited to, a determination that any provision herein is excessively broad as to time, duration, scope, activity or subject, then such court shall either reform said provision or part thereof so that it shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law or construe these Terms in all respects as if said provision or part thereof had been omitted. The failure by Management to enforce any one or more terms of these Terms, or any policies or regulations of Management's, shall not serve as a waiver with respect to any such terms, conditions, policies or regulations for any future cases or other Passes. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to create any duty or obligation of Management to create, enforce, guarantee, or monitor any regulations, policies, procedures, or situation related to the Pass or its use at the Stadium.

THE HOLDER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE HOLDER HAS READ AND UNDERSTOOD ALL OF THE TERMS OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THAT THE HOLDER IS VOLUNTARILY GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE THE MANAGEMENT PARTIES.

PARKING RULES AND REGULATIONS

The Pass must be displayed at all times on your vehicle windshield. Overnight parking is not permitted for any vehicles. Early admittance is not permitted for any vehicles.

If your Pass is designated as a Cash, General, Red, Gold, or Platinum Parking Pass then it is a General Parking Pass and allows you to self-park one vehicle in one parking space in a general lot within the Stadium. You must park in the location directed by Management's traffic staff (your assigned lot is generally determined based on which parking gate you entered or you may be directed to park in the grass). Saving parking spaces for any reason is strictly prohibited.

If you purchase a Valet Parking Pass, then such Pass shall include the Valet Parking Pass Terms (see below).

If your vehicle exceeds 20' in length and/or 8' in width, or if Management, in its sole discretion, determines that your vehicle is too large for one space, or if it is a Bus or RV, you may be directed to another parking area, and/or required to purchase an Oversized Vehicle Pass or a Bus/RV Vehicle Pass, as applicable, which are subject to additional terms (see below). Tow-behind trailers are permitted, but additional fees and/or alternate Oversized Vehicle or Bus/RV passes are required.

Solicitations, commercial or otherwise, including the use of branded vehicles, are prohibited without Management's prior written approval or other agreement. Sale of any food, beverage, or other item at the Stadium or its environs (including the parking areas), either prepaid or walk-up, is prohibited without Management's prior written approval or other agreement. Any audio or visual systems setup at the Stadium must be kept at a size and level that does not interfere with the enjoyment of others, as determined by Management's staff.

Holders that choose to tailgate, should comply with the Tailgating Regulations outlined below.

TAILGATING REGULATIONS

Parking spaces in the parking lots may not be used for tailgate equipment alone. Holder may only tailgate in front of or behind Holder's vehicle. Holder's vehicle, tailgating equipment and guests must not block or impede roadways, aisles or other parking spaces in order for emergency vehicles to get to areas in need. No vehicles, tents or other coverings, tables, chairs, grills, coolers or games may be placed in the drive aisles or in unoccupied parking spaces at any time.

The total area of a Holder's vehicle, tailgate (including guests) and any equipment or other items under Holder's control shall be limited to the width of your designated parking space(s) and UP TO EIGHT (8) FEET BEHIND HOLDER'S PARKING SPACE, except with respect to BUS/RV the tailgate area shall be as specified by parking staff, so long as no equipment or items impede vehicle or pedestrian traffic lanes. Holder may have one canopy that does not exceed 10' x 10' and must fit in front of or behind your vehicle in your designated parking space.

Only charcoal or L.P. gas grills are permitted at the Stadium. Wood may not be used as fuel. All grills must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult (18 years or older) and be fully extinguished before being left unattended. All coals must be disposed in the designated containers prior to leaving a grill unattended.

All Missouri alcohol consumption and distribution laws will be strictly enforced by Police and Management personnel. Glass is prohibited in all Stadium parking lots.

The volume of music or sound systems in the parking lot should be kept at a level in which it does not interfere with the enjoyment of fellow guests. It is at the discretion of Management staff and parking personnel to handle the situation appropriately if they feel the volume is too high.

Holder may not tailgate in the Stadium parking lot during the game.

SPECIALTY PARKING PASS TERMS

Valet Parking Passes: If Holder purchases a Valet Parking Pass (subject to limited availability), Holder must deliver Holder's vehicle to Management's designated valet drop off location within the time period specified by Management. Holder is required to collect Holder's vehicle in the time and manner specified by Management. Valet Parking is only available for vehicles that do not require the use of more than one parking space.

Management's liability for Holder's vehicle under a Valet Parking Pass is for the period commencing when the keys to the vehicle are delivered to Management and terminating at the time when the keys to the vehicle are handed back to Holder (or, if earlier, when you retake possession of the vehicle) (the "Parking Period"). At all other times the vehicle shall be at Holder's risk.

Management's liability for any damage to the paintwork or bodywork of Holder's vehicle during the Parking Period is limited to damage that is proven to have occurred during the Parking Period and only to the extent that it is proved to be caused by the gross negligence or willful act of Management. ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE TO A VEHICLE OR OTHERWISE MUST BE REPORTED BY HOLDER BEFORE LEAVING THE SPORTS COMPLEX.

During the Parking Period, Management shall keep the vehicle on a lot of its choosing at the Stadium or any other location controlled by Management. Holder authorizes Management to drive the vehicle between the Stadium and such other locations as Management deems necessary. Management is not liable for any delay in making your vehicle available following an Event.

Holder must produce the receipt provided by Management when reclaiming the vehicle. In the event that a receipt is lost, Management shall be entitled to require proof of Holder's identity. It is Holder's duty to ensure that the vehicle is in a proper operating condition prior to leaving the premises and entering a public road.

Oversized Parking Pass: An Oversized Parking Pass is required for all vehicles that require two "front to back" spaces. An Oversized Parking Pass allows Holder to park one vehicle in up-to two "front to back" parking spaces, as directed by Management's traffic staff. If the vehicle occupies more than two "front to back" parking spaces Holder may be required to purchase an additional Pass and/or move to a different parking location.

Bus/RV Parking Pass: A Bus/RV Parking Pass is required for all buses and RVs. A Bus/RV Parking Pass allows Holder to park one vehicle in up-to two "front to back" parking spaces in the Bus/RV lot as directed by Management's traffic staff. If the vehicle occupies more than two "front to back" parking spaces Holder may be required to purchase an additional Pass and/or move to a different parking location.
