Can I switch time slots?
We cannot accommodate time slot changes. Please select your time slot carefully to best align with when you want to arrive.
Do I need to bring my own equipment?
No, all necessary equipment will be provided on-site.
What will I be doing during the session?
Your first hour will be spent gaming. The last 30 minutes will be spent in the Chiefs Hall of Honor.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at the beginning of your time slot to maximize your experience. Entry will close 45 minutes after your session begins.
Is there a bag policy?
Yes, the NFL Clear Bag Policy is in effect for this event. Learn more about the Clear Bag Policy.
Is there parking for this event?
Yes, parking is available in Lot E. We recommend entering through Gate 2 or Gate 5. Once parked, please enter the stadium through Tower Gate. Click here for a map of the Truman Sports Complex.
Is stadium re-entry allowed?
No. There is a no re-entry policy for this event.
Will food or beverages be provided?
Food and beverages will be available for purchase.
Do I need a parent or guardian to participate?
If you're under 13, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. If you're 13 or older, no parent or guardian is required.
Is there an age requirement?
The event is open to all ages, though it's recommended for ages 13-18.
Do I need a ticket if I’m just watching my child?
Yes, all attendees must purchase a ticket, whether participating or spectating. Chaperone tickets are $5.
Do I need a ticket if I’m joining virtually from outside Kansas City?
No, virtual participation is free. Tickets are only required for in-person attendees.
What if I purchased a ticket, but cannot attend? Can I get my ticket refunded?
All sales are final. Tickets cannot be refunded once purchased.
What is the Hall of Honor?
The Kansas City Chiefs Hall of Honor is a 26,000-square-foot museum inside GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium that celebrates the history of the franchise and the American Football League (AFL), featuring memorabilia, artifacts, and exhibits on legendary players and key moments. It honors team founder Lamar Hunt, the "Foolish Club" of AFL owners, and includes interactive elements that tell the story of the Chiefs' evolution from the AFL to their current success in the NFL.
