Andy Reid enters his 11th season at the helm of the Chiefs in 2023. He was hired as the club’s 13th head coach in franchise history on January 7, 2013.
Entering his 25th season as an NFL head coach, Reid owns a 247-138-1 regular season record and adds a 22-16 postseason record, giving him 269 total wins, which ranks fifth in NFL history and second among active head coaches, trailing only New England Head Coach Bill Belichick. Reid is a three-time Super Bowl Champion. In 2019, his squad beat the San Francisco 49ers 31-20 in Super Bowl LIV, and just three seasons later in 2022, he led his team to a 38-35 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LVII. Reid joined the Chiefs after 14 seasons as Head Coach/Executive Vice President of Football Operations of the Philadelphia Eagles where he compiled a 130-93-1 (.583) regular season record. Including his years as an assistant coach, Reid’s teams have made the playoffs 24 times (31-21 record). He has coached in six Super Bowls and 13 Championship Games (8 NFC, 5 AFC), including being the first coach in NFL history to coach in five consecutive Conference Championship Games. He owns three NFL Coach of the Year titles.
