Mike Frazier enters his 13th season as the Chiefs statistical analysis coordinator in 2025 and his 23rd year in the league. He arrived in Kansas City in 2013 after spending 10 seasons in the same role with the Philadelphia Eagles (2003-12).
In his current position, he assists Head Coach Andy Reid and the Chiefs coaching staff with player statistics and situational analysis, as well as team and league-wide trends.
In the 13 seasons Frazier has been in Kansas City, the team has won a franchise-record nine-straight AFC West titles, appeared in seven-straight AFC Championship games, hosting five-consecutive AFCCGs – an NFL record - earned back-to-back Super Bowl titles (LVII and LVIII) and appeared in five Super Bowls in six years (LIV, LV, LVII, LVIII and LIX) with three victories (LIV, LVII and LVIII).
Frazier joined the Eagles following his graduation from The College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio (1999-03). While completing his undergraduate degree in business economics, Frazier held internships with Morgan Stanley (formerly Smith Barney) and Wells Fargo (formerly Wachovia). He also interned with the Philadelphia Eagles in 2002 where he worked with Reid and a number of current Chiefs assistant coaches who served on the Eagles coaching staff.
