The national children's charity Kids Wish Network teamed up with Feld Entertainment, Monster Jam, and Arrowhead Events to grant the wish of Kansas City-area boy, Wyatt Damm. For his wish, the 8-year old monster truck lover got to visit Arrowhead Stadium for an exclusive meet-and-greet with Grave Digger driver Adam Anderson and Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Mecole Hardman, who presented Wyatt with a Grave Digger mini monster truck and personalized Chiefs jersey of his very own.

The Chiefs Community Caring Team, led by the team's quarterbacks, visited the Kansas City Regional Police Academy on May 14, 2019 in honor of National Police Week. During the visit, the quarterbacks mingled with law enforcement officers and witnessed/participated in various demonstrations, including bomb training, a SWAT team demonstration, and a driver training course.

Chiefs players have made a commitment to social justice initiatives in 2018, one of which is the military, and hosted a holiday party for Gold Star families. The families were be treated to holiday gifts, go karts, arcade games, and food and beverages.
