Note that guests are only permitted to attend one session and there is a maximum of six tickets per account. Please arrive during your designated time slot. Your ticket will only scan for the time displayed on your ticket. All sales are final.

The Clear Bag Policy will be in effect

To provide a safer environment for the public and to significantly expedite fan entry into all National Football League ("NFL") stadiums, the Chiefs have implemented the NFL's clear bag policy which limits the size and type of bag that can be brought into GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium. Below is an outline of what is permissible:

  • One-gallon clear zip-seal bag (Ziploc® bag or similar).
  • Small clutch bags that do not exceed 4.5" x 6.5", with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the stadium along with one of the clear bag options.
  • An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection.

For KC Wolf's Birthday Bash only, an exception will be made to permit diaper bags and strollers upon inspection.

Parking – Use Gate 2 or 5 to enter the Truman Sports Complex and park in Lot M, located on the north side of the stadium. ADA parking will be available in Lot M. Parking is free.

Entrance - Enter the stadium through Founders Plaza, which is adjacent to Lot M.

GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium is a cashless venue

All concession stands and retail points of sale are completely cashless. In addition to traditional scan and chip reader options for credit/debit cards, all fixed points of sale offer mobile tap or scan payment options, including Chiefs Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.

What is the difference between sessions?

Both sessions are identical. After your session ends, you will be asked to exit before the next group enters.

Are tickets refundable?

No, tickets are nonrefundable, and all sales are final.

How do I access my tickets?

Yes, diaper bags and strollers will be allowed inside the stadium for this event only.

Please arrive at the time stated on your ticket. You will only be granted entry into the event during your specific time session, which will be clearly indicated on your mobile ticket. Switching time slots will not be allowed.
