The Kansas City Chiefs continued to churn the roster on Monday by claiming two defensive players on the waiver wire.

Kansas City added edge-rusher Jack Pyburn and defensive tackle Bryson Eason on Monday, seizing the No. 9 overall spot in the waiver order to claim both players.

Pyburn, who wrapped up his collegiate career at LSU after spending three seasons at Florida, recorded 52 tackles and 5.5 tackles-for-loss in 12 games (with 11 starts) for the Tigers in 2025. He was also a stellar special teams contributor throughout his time in college, racking up 574 special teams snaps.

Sticking on the defensive line, the 6-foot-2, 323-pound Eason was a three-year starter at Tennessee who began his career as an inside linebacker before eventually making the shift to defensive tackle. Eason is a durable player who didn't miss a game over the last two years, and considering his varied skillset, he offers versatile depth along the interior of the Chiefs' defensive front.

In a pair of corresponding moves, the Chiefs waived defensive tackle Marcus Harris and cornerback Kevin Knowles.
