Here's a Look at the Chiefs' Prime-Time Slate in 2024

The Chiefs will regularly be featured in prime-time once again next season

The National Football League revealed the full schedule of games for the 2024 season on Wednesday night, and once again, the Kansas City Chiefs will find themselves on the national stage early and often.

The Chiefs' prime-time slate this upcoming season includes the season-opener on Sept. 5, two appearances on Sunday Night Football and two appearances on Monday Night Football. That list could potentially grow, too, when flexible scheduling kicks in later in the year.

Four of those games will take place at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium, beginning with the NFL season kickoff game against Baltimore on Sept. 5. The Chiefs will then take on the New Orleans Saints on Monday Night Football in Week 5 (Oct. 7) before hosting the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 9 on Monday Night Football (Nov. 4). As it stands now, the Chiefs will then wrap up their prime-time slate of games against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 14 (Dec. 8) on Sunday Night Football.

Kansas City will be on the road for their other prime-time contest, traveling to Atlanta to play the Falcons in Week 3 (Sept. 22) on Sunday Night Football.

Here's a look at the Chiefs' full prime-time schedule (home games are listed in bold).

Week 1 | Sept. 5 | vs. Baltimore Ravens | 7:20 p.m. CT | NBC | Season-Opener

Week 3 | Sept. 22 | at Atlanta Falcons | 7:20 p.m. CT | NBC | Sunday Night Football

Week 14 | Dec. 8 | vs. Los Angeles Chargers | 7:20 p.m. CT | NBC | Sunday Night Football

The Chiefs will also be the only game on television two other times during the season, just not technically in prime-time. The first will take place in Week 13 (Nov. 29) when Kansas City hosts Las Vegas on "Black Friday" at 2 p.m. CT. The Chiefs will then travel to Pittsburgh to take on the Steelers on Christmas Day in Week 17.

Additionally, the Chiefs are set to play in five late afternoon games that will be nationally televised. Those games are below, with home games once again listed in bold.
