Here's a Look at the Chiefs' Records and Milestones from the 2019 Regular Season

Several members of the Chiefs etched their names in the record books this season

The Kansas City Chiefs still have plenty of football left with the Divisional Round of the playoffs set to kick off next weekend, but with the 2019 regular season now in the books, it's worth taking a look at the team and individual milestones that the Chiefs tallied throughout the year.

Here's a look through several of those accolades, beginning with team marks and then individual milestones.

Team

- The Chiefs won 12 games in 2019 for the second-straight season, marking the first time in franchise history that Kansas City tallied consecutive 12-win campaigns.

- Kansas City swept the AFC West for the second time under Head Coach Andy Reid and for the third time in franchise history. The Chiefs are 27-3 against divisional opponents since 2015, which is the best five-year stretch for any team versus their own division since the AFL-NFL merger.

- The Chiefs won a fourth-straight AFC West title in 2019, extending what was already the longest streak of division championships in franchise history. Kansas City has made the playoffs in six of seven seasons under Reid, and as of next weekend, the Chiefs will compete in the Divisional Round for the fourth time in the last five seasons.

- The Chiefs went 7-1 on the road in 2019, winning at least seven road games for only the second time in franchise history (1966).

- Kansas City ended the regular season on a six-game winning streak, which is tied for the second-longest winning streak to end a season in franchise history. Since Week 11, the Chiefs have allowed the fewest points-per-game (11.5) in the NFL.

- The Chiefs posted the best third-down conversion rate (47.6%) in the NFL this season.

- Kansas City's 177 second-quarter points this season were a franchise record.

- The Chiefs held the opposition to just three points in back-to-back contests from Week 15-16, marking the first such occurrence in franchise history since 1990.

Head Coach Andy Reid

- Coach Reid now has 207 regular-season victories over the course of his brilliant career, which ranks sixth all-time in NFL history. Only Don Shula (328), George Halas (318), Bill Belichick (272), Tom Landry (250) and Curly Lambeau (226) have more regular-season victories than Reid.

- Reid guided the Chiefs to a fifth-straight 10-win season in 2019, passing Marty Schottenheimer for the most consecutive 10-win seasons in franchise history.

Quarterback Patrick Mahomes

- Mahomes tallied his second-straight 4,000+ yard season, becoming just the fifth quarterback in NFL history to record 4,000+ yards in two of his first three seasons as a professional.

- The 24-year-old Mahomes is now the fastest player in NFL history to 9,000+ passing yards and 75+ touchdowns, doing so in just 30 games.

- Mahomes now has 17 300+ yard games for his career, tying Kurt Warner for the second-most 300+ yard games through a player's first three seasons in NFL history. Additionally, despite missing essentially three games in 2019, Mahomes still managed to rank fourth in the NFL in 300+ yard games with seven.

- Mahomes earned a second-straight nomination to the Pro Bowl for his efforts this season.

Tight End Travis Kelce

- Kelce notched his fourth-straight 1,000-yard campaign in 2019, becoming the first tight end in NFL history to hit the 1,000-yard mark in four-straight seasons. He's also the first tight end in NFL history to record back-to-back 1,200+ yard seasons.

- Kelce now has 507 catches for his career, becoming the fastest tight end to 500+ receptions in NFL history.

- The All-Pro Kelce tallied 60+ yards in 13 games this season, matching New Orleans Saints' wide receiver Michael Thomas for the most such performances in the NFL.

- Kelce's 6,465 receiving yards are the most through seven seasons for any tight end in NFL history.

- Kelce finished the campaign by leading all AFC pass-catchers in receiving yards.

- Kelce has now caught a pass in 95-straight games, which is the second-longest streak in franchise history.

- The campaign earned Kelce a fifth nomination to the Pro Bowl.

Wide Receiver Tyreek Hill

- Hill now has 4,115 receiving yards for his young career, which are the most through four seasons in Chiefs' history. He's also the fastest player in franchise history to reach the 4,000-yard mark, beating Otis Taylor by one game.

- The electric Hill is one of only eight players in the NFL to tally 7+ touchdowns in each of the last two seasons.

- Hill has seven multi-touchdown reception games since 2017, which are the most in the NFL.

- Hill's season earned a fourth-straight nod to the Pro Bowl.

- Hardman's 104-yard kickoff return touchdown in Week 17 was the third-longest in Chiefs' history and the longest in the NFL this season.

- When combining his special teams' score with his six offensive touchdowns, Hardman averaged a ridiculous 55.9 yards on each of his seven total trips to the end zone this season.

- Additionally, Hardman averaged 20.7 yards-per-catch in 2019 to lead the NFL (among players with at least 20 catches).

- Hardman's strong year earned an invitation to the Pro Bowl as a return specialist.

Fullback Anthony Sherman

- Sherman has played in 112 consecutive games, the longest active streak among fullbacks or running backs in the NFL.

Offensive Tackle Mitchell Schwartz

- Schwartz continued his streak of 128 consecutive games started in 2019, which is tied for the second-longest active streak among all offensive players. Only Seattle Seahawks' quarterback Russell Wilson (128) and Los Angeles Chargers' quarterback Philip Rivers (224) have started as many consecutive games as Schwartz has of late.

- Schwartz missed the first offensive snap of his eight-year career in Week 10 against Tennessee, briefly exiting the game due to an injury. Until then, Schwartz had amassed 7,894 consecutive offensive snaps played, which was easily the longest active streak in the NFL.

- The All-Pro Schwartz's consistent brilliance earned him a spot on the CBS Sports All-Decade Team.

Tailback Damien Williams

- Williams is one of only six players in NFL history to notch multiple touchdown runs of 80+ yards in the same season, joining Chris Johnson (twice), Jamaal Charles, Barry Sanders, Adrian Peterson and Hugh McElhenny.

Tailback LeSean McCoy

- McCoy tallied his 500th career catch in 2019, becoming one of just four running backs since 2000 to collect 500+ receptions.

- Since entering the NFL in 2009, McCoy owns the second-most rushing yards (11,071) of any player. He became just the 22nd player in NFL history to record 11,000+ rushing yards.

- With 10,434 yards since 2010, McCoy led the decade in rushing yards.

Safety Tyrann Mathieu
