Injury Report: Here's Who Didn't Practice on Saturday | Chiefs Training Camp 2021

Here’s a look at who didn’t take the field for the Chiefs on Saturday

Some rain showers didn't stop the Kansas City Chiefs from taking the field up in St. Joseph on Saturday as the team continued their preparation for the 2021 season.

There was some good news on the injury front, too, as tight end Travis Kelce returned to practice in a limited capacity after missing Friday's session with back and hip tightness.

"Kelce actually got some work in today and is getting better," said Head Coach Andy Reid following practice.

Elsewhere, linebacker Ben Niemann (hamstring) left practice a bit early. As far as who didn't participate in Friday's session, offensive tackle Mike Remmers (back spasms), linebacker Anthony Hitchens (hamstring), tight end Nick Keizer (back), safety Armani Watts (foot), tailback Darwin Thompson (COVID protocols), defensive end Malik Herring (knee) and offensive lineman Kyle Long (leg) were among those who didn't practice.

The Chiefs will have a day off from practice on Sunday before returning to the field on Monday at 9:15 am CT.
