The Two-Point Development partnership will be the master developer for the design and development of both districts, overseeing the world-class architects, engineers, land planners, and general contractors that will bring the vibrant districts to life.

With both organizations founded by Lamar Hunt and stewarding the Hunt family legacy, the Two-Point Development name is inspired by Lamar Hunt's innovative vision for including the exciting two-point conversion in professional football. With the thrilling post-touchdown two-point play a staple in college football in the 1950s, Lamar Hunt's American Football League adopted the two-point conversion when it began play in 1960. After the AFL and NFL merged in 1970, the play disappeared from the professional game until 1994, when, at Lamar's urging, it was officially adopted into the NFL rulebook.
