Having played on Monday Night Football against the Broncos, the Colts game sees the Chiefs take centre stage again with a Sunday Night Football matchup.
The two sides met at Arrowhead during the 2025 season, with the Chiefs defeating the Colts in overtime 23-20 thanks to a Harrison Butker field goal. Andy Reid's team will be looking to build on their strong win over the Broncos to move to 2-0 on the season with a victory over the Colts.
According to the official NFL schedule, kickoff is set for 1:20 a.m. UK time on Monday morning, 21 September.
