Q: What is My Chiefs Account?

A: My Chiefs Account gives you the ability to manage your tickets whether you want to view, send, resell or donate your tickets to charity.

Q: Will screen shots of mobile tickets work for entry?

A: No, screen shots of mobile tickets will no longer work for entry. You must access your mobile tickets via www.mychiefsaccount.com or the Chiefs mobile app.

Q: Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?

A: Yes. All of your tickets will appear on your phone. The ticket taker will "swipe" and scan each ticket for entry.

Q: What if my entire party isn't with me when I'm ready to enter the stadium?

A: You can easily send each member his or her individual ticket.

Q: Does the person I send the tickets to need their own Chiefs Account?

A: Yes. When they "claim" the tickets that you sent, they will be asked to create their own account. This process is quickly completed when they enter their name and email address.

Q: What if I send the tickets (link) to the wrong person. Can I recall the tickets?

A: Yes. You can reclaim the tickets as long as they haven't already been accepted by the recipient.

Q: Is my personal information secure?

A: Our venue is PCI compliant, giving you the highest available security to ensure that your account information is completely secured and protected.

Q: What is the cost for managing tickets online?

A: Managing tickets online is free. There are no costs to view, transfer or donate your Chiefs tickets or parking.

Q: Can I manage my tickets on game day?

A: Yes, you may view barcodes on your smartphone or transfer tickets online up through the start of a Chiefs game.

Q: What if my phone battery dies and my tickets are stored there?

A: If your phone runs out of power, you can present a valid photo ID at any ticket office window to have your ticket printed to gain access to Arrowhead Stadium. Please note, the ticket office can only provide the ticket to the person listed on the account.

Q: If I transfer my tickets to a friend, will you let them know when they are able to access their tickets?

A: Yes, by transferring your tickets or parking through your online Chiefs account, it allows us to email directly to your guests, letting them know when they can access their tickets, as well as any other important gameday information.
