STM Renewal Tips

TIP #1

When selecting the payment option, keep in mind that the first payment will be automatically drafted the day that you sign up. For example, if you sign up for EZ Pay 5 on February 9th, your first payment will be drafted on February 9th.

Your payments will be drafted on the following dates:

TIP #2

If your credit card/debit card expiration date is before June 2024, you will be unable to set up your payment via the online account manager. Please select a card with an expiration deadline after June 2024 or call the Ticket Office at 816-920-9400 for assistance.

TIP #3

By renewing your season tickets, you will be automatically signed up for the Seat Upgrade Program. As a Season Ticket Member benefit, the annual Seat Upgrade Program gives you the opportunity to upgrade your seating location(s) and/or add season tickets (subject to availability). You will be notified of your Seat Upgrade Appointment via email in mid-late February. If you have not received notification by March 11th please contact the Ticket Office at 816-920-9400 or ticketoffice@kcchiefs.com.

TIP #4

Renewal time is the perfect time to add parking. Spread your season parking costs amongst five payments by adding parking when sign up for the EZ Pay 5. To add parking during the renewal process, select Red Parking when prompted.

TIP #5

Do not forget that Jackson County residents are eligible for a $42 discount on a full season parking pass. To redeem the discount, the address on your account must be located within Jackson County and you are required to submit proof of Jackson County property ownership (one form of identification which includes a photo of the account holder and a current personal Jackson County, Missouri property tax receipt) with payment to the Chiefs Ticket Office by no later than the initial payment deadline of February 23, 2024.

To submit a request for a season ticket transfer, please click here. Once received, the Chiefs Tickets Office will reach back out with next steps. Please note that a $250 administrative fee per transfer recipient account will apply and transfer requests are only accepted between February 1st and May 1st each year. For any additional questions about transfers, please contact the Chiefs Ticket Office at ticketoffice@chiefs.com.

*CommunityAmerica Club Level Season Ticket Members must transfer their tickets in accordance with their contract.
