The Kansas City Chiefs will sell tickets to potential home games for the 2020 Playoffs presented by Hy-Vee beginning next week. After continued discussion and evaluation with the City of Kansas City Health Department and city officials, tickets for all potential postseason games will be sold under the same reduced capacity as the regular season.
Season Ticket Members will have an exclusive opportunity to purchase the Playoff Pack, which includes tickets for all three potential home playoff games, beginning on Monday, Dec. 7, in order of tenure, through their password-protected ticket account. Season Ticket Members will be contacted directly via email with additional details. The three-game Playoff Pack includes the same pod of seats for each game and can be reserved by Season Ticket Members through a pay-as-we-play payment program, where no payment is charged until each game is confirmed.
Any tickets remaining after the Season Ticket Member Playoff Pack presale will be released as single-game tickets on Friday, Dec. 11 to Jackson County taxpayers (8 a.m.) and the general public (noon).
Tickets will be sold in grouped pods of seats, with the ability to purchase as many as six seats in the same pod through the online process. Fans will be required to attend with known guests sitting within their purchased pod.
The club introduced, and will continue enforcing, a number of changes to the fan experience as the safety of fans, vendors, staff, players and coaches is the utmost priority during this unprecedented NFL season.
