What is this year’s exclusive STM gift?
Each season, Season Ticket Members receive an exclusive commemorative gift to mark the start of the regular season. For 2026, that gift is a Chiefs branded varsity jacket, provided per STM account.
Who is eligible to receive the jacket?
Season Ticket Member accounts that have renewed for the 2026 season and are current with their payments at the time of July 15, 2026 will receive the jacket.
How many jackets do I receive?
Each season ticket member account will receive one (1) jacket.
How do I select my jacket size?
Each account must submit a size through the online sizing platform located HERE prior to Friday, March 20 at 5pm CT. Access details, including your unique code, will be provided via email.
What is the deadline to submit my jacket size?
All size selections must be submitted by Friday, March 20 at 5pm CT.
What happens if I don’t submit my size by the deadline?
Accounts that do not submit a size prior to the deadline will not receive the commemorative jacket.
Will I be able to confirm my mailing address?
Yes. During the size selection process, you will be asked to confirm the preferred mailing address for shipping.
Is the jacket customizable?
No. The jacket is not customizable.
When will I receive my jacket?
Jackets will be delivered at the start of the 2026 regular season.
What if I need to update my mailing address before the jacket ships?
Please contact Legends Global Customer Service at 716-854-5116 or lgmbuffaloecommerce@legends.net prior to July 31, 2026.
Can I purchase additional jackets?
No. Additional jackets will not be available for purchase.
Can I change my size selection after I’ve submitted the form?
Sizes changes can be requested until the online platform closes on March 20 at 5pm by contacting Legends Global Customer Service at 716-854-5116 or lgmbuffaloecommerce@legends.net. After this time, changes cannot be accommodated.
How do I know what size I selected?
Confirmation emails are sent once you submit your size. To go back and view your selection, select "Download your receipt" in the confirmation email.
Can I return or exchange my jacket after it is delivered?
No. All selections are final once submitted.
What jacket sizes are available?
Sizes range from S – 4XL. A size chart is available within the size selection platform.
What if I submitted a size but don’t receive my jacket?
If you do not receive your jacket prior to the 2026 regular season home opener, please contact Chiefs Fan Experience at fanexperience@chiefs.com.
What if I purchased season tickets after the sizing platform opened and don’t have a redemption code?
New Season Ticket Members who were unable to access the sizing platform will receive a separate email with instructions to submit their size at a later date.
