Credit Card, we only accept contactless payment.
Is there a bag policy?

Is there parking for this event?
Parking is included with the purchase of an event ticket, and valet will not be offered. Attendees should follow event signage to park in Lot M. Recommended entry points are Gates 2 and 5. Guest entry is through Founders Plaza. For a map of the Truman Sports Complex please click here.
What time does Style Lounge start?
VIP and Early Access Add-On entry doors open at 5:00pm. Premium and General Admission Doors open at 6:00pm.
Is stadium re-entry allowed?
No. There is a no re-entry policy for this event.
Is there an age requirement?
This event is 21+

What will I be able to purchase?
Expected items for sale include the latest Chiefs fashion from the Pro Shop, local Kansas City boutiques, and Helzberg jewelry. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the event, with chances to win items from participating vendors.
What if I purchased a ticket, but cannot attend? Can I get my ticket refunded?
All sales are final. Tickets cannot be upgraded or refunded once purchased.
Can I request my seats are next to my friend’s seats?
If you wish to sit with someone, the tickets must be purchased in the same order.
What if I have special dietary needs?
The menu is planned with most common dietary needs in mind. If you have a specific concern on the night of the event, please consult the culinary staff.
What is Kingdom’s Greetings?
Kingdom's Greetings is our immersive holiday pop-up bar experience at GEHA Field at Arrowhead. VIPs and those with the Early Access Add-On will have the opportunity to buy raffle tickets to win one 90-minute reservation for up to 4 people to Kingdom's Greetings this holiday season!
