Valet parking is included with VIP tickets. There are a number of paid lots around the venue as an alternative option.

Credit Card, we only accept contactless payment.
What are some of the expected items that will be available for purchase?
The Chiefs Pro Shop will also have the latest in Chiefs fashion, Helzberg will be back on site, and Jostens will have the latest in Championship jewelry.
What if I purchased a ticket, but cannot attend? Can I get my ticket refunded?
All sales are final. Tickets cannot be upgraded or refunded once purchased.
Can I request my seats are next to my friend’s seats?
If you wish to sit with someone, the tickets must be purchased in the same order.
What if I have special dietary needs?
The menu is planned with most common dietary needs in mind. If you have a specific concern on the night of the event, please consult the culinary staff.
