The Kansas City Chiefs wrapped up the 2017 season with a second-straight division title and their fourth playoff berth in five years under head coach Andy Reid.

And while the full NFL schedule for next season won't be announced until a week or so prior to the NFL draft, the opponents for each team are now confirmed as the division winners across the league have been determined.

Here's a look at the home and away opponents for the Chiefs in 2018:

HOME:

Denver Broncos, Los Angeles Chargers, Oakland Raiders, Arizona Cardinals, Baltimore Ravens, Cincinnati Bengals, Jacksonville Jaguars, San Francisco 49ers

The home opponents for the Chiefs next season had a combined winning percentage of .469 (60-68) in 2017.

AWAY:

Denver Broncos, Los Angeles Chargers, Oakland Raiders, Cleveland Browns, Los Angeles Rams, New England Patriots, Pittsburgh Steelers, Seattle Seahawks

The road opponents for the Chiefs next season had a combined winning percentage of .516 (66-62) in 2017.

The Chiefs will face each of the AFC's division winners next season (Steelers, Jaguars, Patriots), and two of those (Patriots, Steelers) will be on the road.
