NFL team's staff were impressed with Arrowhead Stadium

The Sea of Red floods Arrowhead Stadium every week, the smell of barbecue fills the parking lots and the Tomahawk Chop rings throughout the city. Arrowhead Stadium is a place of pride for Kansas City, a place where fans gather every Sunday to unite and cheer on their team, and recently, it was on a national stage for all of professional sports teams to tour.

The Association of Luxury Suite Directions (ALSD) is comprised of professionals from teams across the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL and the collegiate level. This year, the group of nearly 500 members held their annual conference in Kansas City, and got a glimpse of the suite amenities and the best Arrowhead has to offer.

"We wanted to have this event in Kansas City because it has a wonderful mix of beautifully renovated spaces," Bill Dorsey, ALSD Chairman and Founder, explained. "Arrowhead is an older building that has been beautifully redone. What stands out to me is how clean the design lines are, especially on the premium levels."

As the group arrived in front of the stadium, they walked the red carpet with the Chiefs Rumble playing on both sides and the Cheerleaders greeting them at the door.

The tour took ALSD members through the Broadcast Lounge and suites, to the Signature Suites and Founder's Suite and up to the Penthouse.

"The club level and the suites are an incredible experience," Arianna Samborgna said, Premium Services Coordinator for the New York Giants. "You can see the work and effort they put into this facility, it's very high-end. The suites at Arrowhead are very open and spacious and there's so much flexibility, lots of chairs and counter space, plus, the furniture is amazing. I'm sure the Chiefs Suite Members really enjoy these, because they are great."

The tour continued through Club IV, the Red and Gold Suites and the Hy-Vee Hot Zone.

"The tour of Arrowhead has been great," William Christy, with the Detroit Lions' Premium Sales, noted. "It's really put me in shock. It's incredible when you start comparing this stadium to others in the league, Arrowhead is really amazing. Everything is state of the art."

Others throughout the league were extremely impressed with Arrowhead Stadium, the Scout Investments Club Level and the suites. Many commented on how sophisticated and luxurious the suites are, their openness and some even noticed the windows and the clear view to the field.

"The first thing I really noticed in the suites were the windows," Christy said. "You can clearly see the field through the huge windows, open them up seamlessly or close them in the colder months and still enjoy the game."

Through the renovations in 2010, the Hunt family wanted to give fans a first-class stadium. Renovations included expanding suites, creating a climate controlled concourse, adding the best technology, installing Wi-Fi and more.

"Those of us in Kansas City recognize how remarkable Arrowhead Stadium and the suites are, but it's great to hear how it compares to other venues," Kellen Begnoche, Chiefs Suites Services Manager, noted. "We strive to give our fans and suite members the best experience possible, and having a wonderful venue like Arrowhead is key to providing a world-class experience."

Chiefs Suite Members can be utilize their suite year-round, hosting business meetings, birthday parties, family functions, etc.

"There is such a benefit to being a suite member, including expanding your business," Christy commented. "I recently heard that two of the Chiefs Suite Members signed a huge business deal at a game, which is awesome. People can come to Arrowhead for so many different things, to cheer on their team, bond over football and enjoy it all from a great suite."
