Corporate Partnerships Seasonal

DEPARTMENT: Corporate Partnerships

REPORTS TO: Account Manager

TIMELINE: June-Feb

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide support for corporate partnerships activation staff
  • Assist the execution of partner events, programs, in-game promotions and hospitality
  • Assist in the activation of all elements of current partnerships, including program fulfillment, deliveries and entertainment tracking
  • Monitor national, regional and local partnership activity, staying current with new partnerships from other NFL, MLB, NBA and NHL teams and leagues to assist in analyzing potential best practices
  • Assist with ongoing research and reporting for current clients throughout the season and with end-of-season recaps
  • Assist with meeting preparation in advance of new prospects by researching, providing presentation assistance, coordinating meeting logistics, etc.


Business Analytics Seasonal

DEPARTMENT: Corporate Partnerships

REPORTS TO: Manager of Business Analytics

TIMELINE: June-Feb

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide weekly reports to Manager of Business Analytics of key performance indicators, focused around data and insights
  • Build reporting and measurement documents to show ROI of sponsored social, digital and activation campaigns
  • Work with internal departments to collect and distribute data in an organized output
  • Use research and measurement tools to support the corporate partnership department with analyses and insights
  • Assist in the development of strategic, well-educated ideations and conceptual plans to present to potential partners, including key performance indicators and measurement strategies
  • Research industry leading practices to provide analyses and insights


Hospitality & Suites Services Seasonal

DEPARTMENT: Suites

REPORTS TO: Suite Services Coordinator

TIMELINE: June-Feb

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist Suite Services Team in the execution of gameday operations, special events, non-football stadium events, hospitality programs, and other tasks pertaining to client services
  • Assist in building and maintaining current relationships with suite members, including contract fulfillment, deliveries, suite preparation, entertainment tracking, and catering orders
  • Assist Sales Manager with research of new prospects, sourcing contact information, and coordination of details around sales meetings
  • Assist with on-going research and reporting for current clients throughout the season and with end-of-season recaps
  • Learn product offerings and be able to speak knowledgeably to potential customers
