Chargers Snap Counts: Three Tight End Sets Popular

A look at the playtime percentages during Sunday’s 19-7 win over the Chargers

OFFENSE

  • Tight end Richard Gordon saw the most action of his season with 13 snaps on Sunday, as fellow tight ends Anthony Fasano (31) and Travis Kelce (57) saw significant time on the field as well.
  • Knile Davis saw a bump in action this week with 21 snaps at running back for the Chiefs.
  • All five starting offense linemen, Eric Fisher, Jeff Linkenbach, Rodney Hudson, Zach Fulton and Ryan Harris, played every snap against the Chargers.

DEFENSE

  • Four Chiefs defenders played every snap: Husain Abdullah, Josh Mauga, Ron Parker and Sean Smith.
  • Rookie Dee Ford played 14 snaps on defense and finished the game with one tackle, a half-sack and a quarterback hit.
  • With Phillip Gaines and Marcus Cooper inactive, Jamell Fleming played 69 of the 70 snaps for the Chiefs defense at cornerback.
