It's almost game time! The sea of red is on the rise - the Chiefs will be back on the gridiron in less than a month. Will you be there?

Single-game tickets went on sale Wednesday to Jackson County residents and Season Ticket Holders. Tickets will be available to all Chiefs fans on Friday July 12th and can be purchased at the Arrowhead Stadium Ticket Office, online at Ticketmaster.com, at Ticketmaster outlets, or by calling (800) 745-3000.

Not surprisingly, this year's hottest ticket is the home opener; the Chiefs will take the field against the Dallas Cowboys on September 15th.

The rivalry between the Chiefs and Cowboys can be dated as far back as Lamar Hunt's Dallas Texans and their battle for the fan base in the large southern market. However, as all Chiefs fans know, Hunt moved the Texans to Kansas City in 1963. And really, let's be honest, it's where the Chiefs belong. Otherwise, we may have all grown up Rams fans, or Cowboys fans, or Vikings fans…and who would really want to wear anything except the Chiefs Red and Gold?

This will be the first time the Chiefs and Cowboys will face off since they battled at Arrowhead in 2009. The two have only met nine times and the Cowboys lead the series at 6-3. However, the 2013 Chiefs are poised to take this opportunity to show fans what they're made of, and reclaim Arrowhead as the toughest stadium in the NFL.

Of course, we know you'll want to attend more than just one game. With that in mind, the Chiefs are also offering other partial plans in 2013, which includes the popular home opener. There is the “Pick 5” plan, which features a half-season; pick any four regular season games, paired with a preseason contest.

There's also the “Divisional 3-Pack” featuring the longstanding AFC West rivalry games. The heated AFC West contests are scheduled for October 13th, November 24th and December 1st.

Another "Mini-Pack" option, if you will, is the “2-Pack” plan. As the title implies, you pick two games; your fist option is between Dallas, Denver, New York or Houston. The second pick is either San Diego, Oakland, Indy or Cleveland.

No matter your pick, we've got you covered! Whichever option you chose, be sure to be at Arrowhead Stadium this season to cheer on your Kansas City Chiefs!
