The Kansas City Chiefs have released an update for the Chiefs Mobile app that is available for immediate download. The update contains Chiefs Kingdom Rewards, the rewards-based program open to all fans that was introduced earlier this year.
Fans who have Chiefs Mobile can update their app through their device's app store. Fans who have not yet downloaded Chiefs Mobile are encouraged to do so to take advantage of a number of features for the 2015 season and beyond. Once updated or downloaded for the first time, fans will be able to sign into or create their Chiefs Kingdom Rewards account.
All fans that update or download Chiefs Mobile and sign up for Chiefs Kingdom Rewards on or before Saturday, August 8, will be entered for a chance to win a special home opener prize package that includes two tickets on the Scout Investments Club Level, a parking pass and a postgame photo on the Arrowhead Stadium field for the Thursday Night Football game vs. Denver on September 17. In addition to being automatically entered for a chance to win, all fans can use points to enter their name up to 10 additional times to increase their odds of winning the home opener prize package.
Since the platform opened to all fans in April, Chiefs Kingdom Rewards has given away a trip for two to the 2015 NFL Draft presented by Coke Zero and a 2015 Ford Mustang provided by the Midwest Ford Dealers, as well as countless other prizes.
With the Chiefs Kingdom Rewards program integrated into Chiefs Mobile, fans can always be connected to the Chiefs and be rewarded for simply being a fan. It is easy for fans to accumulate points by visiting the app, reading articles, and taking quizzes among many other opportunities. As more points are accumulated, fans will have the ability to move up the rankings from 'Starter' to 'Hall of Fame Member' to access a larger variety of daily prizes and benefits.
All fans, regardless of level, will have an opportunity to enter their points daily for unique prizes and experiences, including game-issued jerseys, pregame sideline passes, autographed memorabilia, unique experiences and numerous other prizes.
No purchase is necessary to update or download the Chiefs Mobile app. Fans can also sign up for Chiefs Kingdom Rewards free of charge. In addition to Chiefs Mobile, www.chiefskingdomrewards.com allows fans the same access to their Chiefs Kingdom Rewards account.
