The Chiefs have traded the fourth-year cornerback

On Friday, the Kansas City Chiefs announced they have traded fourth-year cornerback Marcus Cooper to the Arizona Cardinals for an undisclosed draft pick.

Cooper, who first joined the Chiefs before the 2013 season as one of seven waiver-wire pickups, played in 39 games and recorded 61 tackles, 3 interceptions, 21 passes defensed and 6 special teams tackles over three years with the team.

He originally entered the NFL as the third of three seventh-round picks (252nd overall) by the San Francisco 49ers in the 2013 NFL Draft.
