Series History • The Chiefs and Chargers will meet on Sunday for the 111th time in franchise history. The series has been tightly contested since the first meeting in 1960, with the Chiefs leading the series 55-54-1.

• Sunday's matchup will be the 44th game played between the two teams at Arrowhead Stadium. Kansas City holds a 24-19 advantage in those contests.

• Kansas City won its most recent game versus San Diego at Arrowhead Stadium, a 19-7 victory in the final game of the 2014 season. Chiefs LB Justin Houston recorded 4.0 sacks in the victory, giving him 22.0 on the season, setting a new Chiefs single-season sack record.
