Series History

• Thursday's contest will mark the third time in the last four seasons that Kansas City and Green Bay have closed out the preseason against one another. The Chiefs have won both prior matchups.

• These two historic franchises have met just 12 times (regular and post-season) in the history of professional football. The Chiefs hold a 7-4-1 advantage in the all-time series.

• The first-ever meeting between the two teams took place at Super Bowl I in 1967.
