• This week's matchup will mark the 12th meeting all-time between the Chiefs and the Texans. Kansas City owns a 6-5 advantage in the all-time series, including a playoff victory in the lone postseason meeting between the two squads following the 2015 campaign.

• The Chiefs fell to Houston, 31-24, back in Week 6 at Arrowhead Stadium. Kansas City went 8-2 on the year following the loss.

• Chiefs' Head Coach Andy Reid is 7-2 in his career against the Texans, which includes a 4-2 mark while at the helm for Kansas City. Since 2013, Reid's teams have averaged 25.3 points-per-game versus Houston.
