• This week's matchup will mark the 54th all-time meeting between the Chiefs and the Titans, dating back to their time as the Houston Oilers from 1960-98.

• The Chiefs own a 29-24 all-time advantage over the Titans, including a 2-1 mark in the postseason.

• The Dallas Texans, who later became the Chiefs, met the Oilers in the 1962 AFL Championship Game. The Texans won that matchup, 20-17, in double overtime to secure the franchise's first AFL championship.
