Kansas City Chiefs linebacker Derrick Johnson has been ruled out for the remainder of the game against the Oakland Raiders with an Achilles injury.
Johnson needed to be helped off the field by trainers near the end of the second quarter. Johnson had recorded one tackle prior to his departure.
