GM John Dorsey Says Jamaal Charles "May Be Ahead of Schedule"

The Chiefs GM spoke to the media for the first time this offseason on Thursday

General manager John Dorsey spoke with the media via conference call on Thursday afternoon, and he provided an injury update on running back Jamaal Charles.

Charles suffered a torn ACL during the third quarter of Kansas City's Week 5 game against the Chicago Bears.

"As I look at it right now, I think he may be ahead of schedules in terms of his rehabilitation," Dorsey said of the Chiefs all-time rushing leader. "The guy is an extremely talented player, love him to death, love how dirty tough he is. He's a Chief."
