Injury Update: RB Spencer Ware Ruled Out for Rest of Game

Ware injured his knee on Kansas City’s opening drive

Kansas City Chiefs running back Spencer Ware will miss the remainder of Friday's preseason game with a knee injury.

Ware suffered the injury on the Chiefs' opening drive with a little over eight minutes remaining in the first quarter and was carted to the locker room.

Ware was Kansas City's leading rusher last season, running for 921 yards on 214 carries.
