Jamaal Charles has been named the AFC's Offensive Player of the Week for Week 4.
In his return game against the New England Patriots, the Kansas City Chiefs running back rushed 18 times for 92 yards and scored one rushing touchdown. Through the air, he had three receptions for 16 yards and two touchdowns.
His rushing effort places him at 5,938 yards for his career, 132 yards shy of the Chiefs' all-time rushing record set by Priest Holmes.
According to the NFL, this is Charles' fourth career player of the week award.
