Marketing-Analytics Seasonal

DEPARTMENT: Ticket Sales

REPORTS TO: Marketing & Analytics Manager

TIMELINE: June-Feb

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Compile and report all ticket sales marketing results
  • Daily monitoring of social campaign engagement and performance via Facebook Ad Manager
  • Assist in the day-to-day campaign setup for automated and manual email campaign launches
  • Perform quality assurance checks on all emails, ensuring functioning links and grammatical accuracy
  • Help maintain email marketing and partnership email calendar to ensure organizational alignment and timely email deployments
  • Report on email metrics including open and click rates via Oracle Eloqua
  • Export marketing lists from CRM to utilize for audience segments for email campaigns
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of ticket sales marketing campaigns to continually improve ROI
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing records in CRM
  • Other duties as assigned


Business Operations Seasonal

DEPARTMENT: Marketing

REPORTS TO: Business Operations Manager

TIMELINE: June-Feb

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with client management team and internal support resources to maintain and develop programs and events in premium services, suites, events, and other hospitality areas of the organization
  • Home Games: provide VIP hospitality, management of GameDay Report, and oversight of zTrip transportation and Locker Room Club hosting
  • Road Games: assist in planning and execution of itineraries for traveling party, including Kingdom Rallies and New Business charter trips, when applicable
  • Events: support in the preparation, execution, financing and recap with regards to all special events including but not limited to VIP gatherings, concerts, etc
  • Actively plan, facilitate, execute and recap all business operations and client services events including but not limited to VIP gatherings, concerts, away game trips, and other events in the organization
  • Ideas: we are always looking for new, fresh ideas, events and programs to add value for current and potential partners, suite holders and STMs
  • Assist and help maintain the organization's business operations calendar


Seasonal Graphic Design Assistant

DEPARTMENT: Marketing

TIMELINE: June-Feb

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design promotional material (posters, print ads, postcards, brochures)
  • Produce web graphics, email marketing, ads, social media posts
  • Creative support of Club events (invitations, signage, credentials, t-shirts)
  • Assist with photo editing and manipulation of graphics for sponsor and marketing needs
  • Manage graphic design requests from across the Kansas City Chiefs organization from start to finish within allotted timeframe
  • Assist Graphic Designer as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A portfolio is required in order to be considered for this opportunity. Please submit past and current work in either a PDF document or provide a link to your website. Online portfolio is strongly preferred. 
  • Brand Management; understanding how to work within a style guide.
  • Must have a substantial knowledge of the following Adobe Creative Suites (CS6 and above) and Microsoft Office programs: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work on Macintosh and Windows computers
