NFL.com Calls Maclin to KC an Offseason Move With Potential to Surprise

According to the league website, the veteran wide receiver reuniting with Andy Reid could “shift the balance of power in the AFC West”

NFL.com analyst Elliot Harrison wrote an article Tuesday afternoon detailing what he believes to be the five league-wide offseason moves with the biggest potential to surprise this season.

The Chiefs free agent signing of wide receiver made his list in the No. 4 spot.

"Maclin was a huge get for Reid and company," Harrison wrote. "With a solid quarterback in Smith, a fantastic running back in Jamaal Charles and a defense that can get pressure, these guys are ready."

As has been well referenced in Kansas City, Maclin is coming off of the biggest season of his career with the Philadelphia Eagles, with whom he had 1,318 yards receiving and 10 touchdowns and was named to his first Pro Bowl.
