Showtime!

Red and Gold debuts March 17th on-line and on stations across the Chiefs Kingdom

65 Toss Power Trap Productions, the Chiefs in-house production group, is hard at work yet again! In its second year of production, Red and Gold will now air throughout the Chiefs Kingdom beginning on March 17th on KCMO locally and across a network of partner stations regionally. The show first debuted as a web launch in early 2011 and brought fans exclusive interviews with Chiefs players and coaches while taking them behind the scenes of Arrowhead and the franchise.  In 2013, it will continue to do more of the same, but this time will also highlight weekly off-season events and even answer viewers Twitter questions on air!

"Red and Gold has evolved into a marquis show for the Chiefs and with football truly being a year-round sport we wanted to offer the Chiefs Kingdom an opportunity to get to know their team both in and out of season," Robert Alberino Jr., Vice President of Marketing and Media commented. "Events like the Combine, Free Agency and the Draft, there is a lot to talk about and we think Red and Gold is the perfect platform."

I will be hosting this years Red and Gold and along with the 65TPT crew, we have already lined up some great interviews, features and surprises for the 12 week run of the show.  Of course, fans can follow the Chiefs on Twitter @KCChiefs (https://twitter.com/KCChiefs ) but they can also follow me for updates on the show, to ask questions or to simply leave comments and thoughts of where we can go with the new season of production!  My Twitter handle is @KCChiefsRachel (https://twitter.com/KCChiefsRachel ) and I look forward to you joining me for Red and Gold this year.

Take a look at some great clips from past shows to get you warmed up.
