The Chiefs won the division crown on Christmas Eve, prompting Head Coach Andy Reid to add a little flare to the normal postgame celebration in the locker room.

That win on Christmas Eve secured a second-straight division title for Kansas City, marking the first such occurrence in franchise history.
6. Kareem Hunt is your 2017 NFL rushing champion
Hunt carried the ball just once in Week 17 against the Broncos, but it was enough to secure the 2017 rushing title. Hunt is just the sixth rookie in the Super Bowl Era to lead the NFL in rushing, and only the second to be drafted outside of the first round.
7. W – Check!
The Chiefs were tasked with opening the season on the road against the reigning Super Bowl Champions, but it was the Chiefs celebrating when the clock hit zero.

In perhaps the most creative touchdown celebration of the season, Kelce beat out wide receivers Tyreek Hill and Demarcus Robinson in an impromptu "potato sack race" following a score in Week 9 against the Dallas Cowboys.

It was supposed to be New England's night to raise a banner in Week 1, but several Chiefs put together "banner nights" of their own.
10. Congrats, Kareem!
Hunt took the league by storm through his first month as a rookie, tallying 538 yards of offense along with six touchdowns.
