"Voice of the Kingdom" Winner

And the winner is…Jordan Brown!

Jordan Brown is the 2013 Chiefs "Voice of the Kingdom" and will be performing the National Anthem at Arrowhead Stadium on August 29th as the Chiefs take on the Green Bay Packers.

"I'm extremely excited and very thankful for everyone who voted for me," Jordan commented. "I also want to say congratulations to Casi and Jamie, they both have beautiful voices and it was truly an honor to be in the same competition as them."

Jordan is a 20-year-old student at the University of Kansas working toward a degree in Strategic Communications with a minor in music. His goal is to become a recording artist in order to connect with others through music.

He is a self-proclaimed die-hard Chiefs fan. His parents have been Season Ticket Holders since 1988 and he hopes to carry on the tradition one day. Jordan said he has dreamt of singing the National Anthem at Arrowhead Stadium and is thrilled for the opportunity.

"I'm really looking forward to actually standing in front of the Chiefs players singing the National Anthem," Jordan noted. "The whole day is going to be exciting, so I'm just looking forward to the whole experience."

Here is his audition video in case you missed it.

Congrats Jordan! We can't wait to hear you perform at Arrowhead Stadium.
