Wide receiver De'Anthony Thomas suffered a concussion in the first quarter of today's game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Diego Chargers.

Thomas, who ran for 7 yards on his only play of the day, left the game with more than 13 minutes left in the first quarter.

Thomas has been ruled out for the remainder of the game.
