How We Got Here: Week 9

The Chiefs rolled into Buffalo for an attempt at going 9-0 for the first time since 2003. In the third quarter Sean Smith intercepted a Jeff Tuel pass on Buffalo's goal line and took it the distance to put KC back in the game. A fumble recovery for a touchdown by Tamba Hali would give Kansas City a lead and another 9-0 start.
