Chiefs to Host Fifth Annual Style Lounge in Collaboration with KC Fashion Week

WHAT

The Kansas City Chiefs are hosting the fifth annual Chiefs Style Lounge with   Tavia Hunt, wife of Chiefs Chairman and CEO Clark Hunt. This year's event will be held in collaboration with the 10th annual Kansas City Fashion Week at Union Station and will be emceed by KCTV5 reporter Dani Welniak. The show will feature an on-stage interview with Tavia Hunt, as well as current and former Chiefs Cheerleaders and Kansas City Ambassadors walking the runway.

The event will offer exclusive runway shows with the latest Chiefs apparel and five runway collections highlighting designers from throughout Chiefs Kingdom. In addition to these five designers showing their full Spring/Summer 2017 collections throughout the evening, all 17 designers showing throughout this fall's Kansas City Fashion Week will be invited to participate in a "Chiefs Design Challenge," where each designer will style an outfit around a Chiefs Kingdom t-shirt and the winner will receive a $1,000 prize.

Throughout the evening, prizes will be raffled off with all proceeds benefitting City Year, a national education organization that unites young adults for a year of service in high-need urban schools.
