KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Kansas City Chiefs will host the Denver Broncos on Monday, September 14 at Arrowhead Stadium. Fans can find important information and reminders regarding Monday night's game below.
Game Entertainment
Before the National Anthem, there will be a unified moment of silence to honor the many innocent lives lost on September 11, 2001, on its 25th anniversary. A field-sized flag will be held by Season Ticket Members as part of the pregame ceremonies. Retired Navy Petty Officer First Class Generald Wilson will sing the National Anthem. Wilson is one of the country's most sought-after singers of the National Anthem, singing the nation's song at nearly 1,000 events, for over 25 years, including NFL playoff games, MLB World Series, NHL Stanley Cup Finals, NBA Finals, Indy 500 races, Formula 1 races and NCAA Championships. The Kinloch, Mo., native served 20 years in the United States Navy. Immediately following the National Anthem, a ceremonial flyover will be conducted by a B-2 Spirit Stealth Bomber flying out of Whiteman Air Force Base, located south of Knob Noster, Mo.
The Lee's Summit Fire Department will present Monday's colors. The department has seven fire stations and has served Lee's Summit and surrounding communities since its dedication in 1976.
At halftime, there will be a performance by the University of Kansas Marching Jayhawks. The Marching Jayhawks hold over 100+ years of tradition and represent their university at home football games, various away games, and campus and community events. They also provide pep bands for KU women's volleyball and men's and women's basketball. The Marching Jayhawks' tradition of excellence earned them the 1989 Sudler Trophy, the highest honor for college marching bands.
Parking and Traffic
Parking lots for Monday's game open at 3 p.m. All fans are required to purchase digital parking passes in advance online as cash is not accepted at toll booths. Download all tickets and passes via the Chiefs Mobile app or www.mychiefsaccount.com to your mobile wallet before arrival. Heavy delays are expected on Interstates 435, 70, and surrounding streets due to the mix of stadium traffic and Monday evening rush hour; non-game drivers should find an alternate route. Guests using rideshare services may drop-off and pick-up at the Missouri Welcome Center located between Gates 1 and 2 on Blue Ridge Cutoff. Fans who are unable to attend Monday's game can tune in to KFNZ-FM (96.5 The Fan), the Home of the
Chiefs Radio Network, as "Voice of the Chiefs" Mitch Holthus, former Chiefs WR Danan Hughes and sideline reporter Josh Klingler call the action.
Tico Sports will produce a Spanish-language broadcast available on the Audacy app ("Chiefs en Espanol") within the Kansas City market and on KSSA La Ke Buena (105.9 FM and 1470 AM) serving Garden City and Liberal, Kansas, featuring Oscar Monterroso, Hannah Bassham, and sideline reporter Alvaro Alvarez.
Both radio broadcasts are also available to stream on the Chiefs Mobile app within a 50-mile radius of the Kansas City metro area.
Monday's matchup will be featured on ESPN and ABC (KMBC 9 in Kansas City), with Joe Buck (play-by-play announcer), Troy Aikman (game analyst), and sideline reporters Lisa Salters and Laura Rutledge calling the game.
Stadium Gates and Mobile Entry
All Arrowhead Stadium gates will open at 5:30 p.m. for the 7:15 p.m. kickoff. Gates for guests with tickets on the CommunityAmerica Club Level will open at 5 p.m. Guests are reminded to access their mobile tickets and parking passes in advance of the event and add them to their mobile wallet for expedited entry.
Ford Tailgate District
The Ford Tailgate District, located in Lot M on the north side of the stadium, will open at 3:30 p.m. The Ford Tailgate District is a free space for all fans to enjoy drinks, food trucks, tailgating games, and live entertainment leading up to kickoff. This week the district will feature live music from Crossroad Sound and DJ Lazer with emcee Spencer Davis. There will be a special performance by the Chiefs Rumble and Chiefs Cheerleaders, and a Chiefs Legend appearance from 2025 Chiefs Hall of Honor inductee, Bill Maas. Drum Deck
The Chiefs introduced the Drum Deck in 2019 as the home for two gameday traditions – the Drum Honoree and the Tony DiPardo Spirit Leader. Alex Smith, a three-time Pro Bowl quarterback who led the Chiefs to four playoff appearances in five seasons (2013-17), and won the 2017 NFL passer rating title, will serve as this week's Drum Honoree.
The Tony DiPardo Spirit Leader will be Colonel Rick "McGraw" Mitchell. The Southern Illinois University graduate is an A-10 Thunderbolt II command pilot with over 3,700 flying hours and serves as the Deputy Commander of the 442d Fighter Wing. Colonel Mitchell has completed six combat tours to the CENTCOM AOR and commanded an expeditionary fighter squadron of over 400 Airmen. A distinguished leader at the Flight, Squadron, and Group levels, he showcases a profound commitment to operational readiness, mentorship, and selfless service.
Lamar Hunt Legacy Seat presented by United Airlines
To help celebrate the franchise's 60th season in 2019, the Kansas City Chiefs introduced the Lamar Hunt Legacy Seat at Arrowhead Stadium. For each home game, the club selects a Season Ticket Member to honor with this special recognition. The two gold seats are located in Section 121 of the lower bowl, symbolically positioned under Lamar Hunt's name in the team's Ring of Honor.
This week's Lamar Hunt Legacy Seat, presented by United Airlines, honoree is Andrew Armstrong. Armstrong has spent 25 years as a junior high history teacher and football coach in the Oklahoma City metro area, dedicating his career to helping students reach their full potential. A lifelong Chiefs fan and a Season Ticket Member for the last five years, Armstrong is recognized for the positive energy and mentorship he brings to his classroom and the community.
Hunt Family Foundation 50/50 Raffle
This week's 50/50 Raffle beneficiary is Ronald McDonald House Kansas City. Raffle tickets will be at the new standard pricing of 400 for $100, 150 for $40, 60 for $20, and 10 for $10. Fans who are not at Arrowhead Stadium on Monday can also participate in the Hunt Family Foundation 50/50 Raffle by visiting chiefs5050.com/.
Online ticket sales are currently live, but fans must be located in the states of Missouri or Kansas at the time they purchase a ticket online. In-person raffle tickets will remain on sale through the end of the third quarter. The winning ticket will be announced in-stadium and posted online during the fourth quarter of the game and winners do not need to be present to win. Credit and debit cards will be the only form of payment accepted by 50/50 Raffle sellers.

Concessions Value Pricing
Arrowhead Stadium will once again offer value pricing on select concession items during the 2026 season. Fans can enjoy $5 hot dogs, pretzels, beer and 16 oz. fountain sodas at value concession locations in Sections 215 and 238. Additionally, 16 oz. fountain sodas priced at $5 will be available at concession stands throughout the stadium. Fans will also find a variety of food and beverage offerings at concession locations across Arrowhead Stadium, including Little Caesars locations in Sections 107, 125, 315 and 345.
Cashless
All concession stands and retail points of sale are completely cashless. In addition to traditional scan and chip reader options for credit/debit cards, all fixed points of sale offer mobile tap or scan payment options, including Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay. In-stadium hawkers and vendors are credit card only.
