NFL Power Rankings: Where Do the Chiefs Rank After Sunday's Victory Over Cincinnati?

Here’s a look at the latest power rankings from around the web

The Kansas City Chiefs were back in the win column on Sunday night, defeating the Cincinnati Bengals by 35 points in front of an electric crowd at Arrowhead Stadium.

It was a strong performance by all three phases, and it once again left the experts from around the web impressed.

NFL.com analyst Elliot Harrison has the Chiefs at No. 3 in his latest "NFL power rankings," behind only the Los Angeles Rams and New England Patriots.

Here's a portion of what Harrison had to say about Kansas City:

Kansas City ran up 551 yards of offense, an insane number against a defense with the talent level of the Bengals. Patrick Mahomes threw four touchdown passes. Kareem Hunt averaged almost 6 yards per carry and scored three times.

The folks at ESPN, meanwhile, bumped the Chiefs up a spot following Sunday's victory. Kansas City leapfrogged New England and trails just Los Angeles in those rankings, which are a composite made up of more than 80 writers, editors and TV personalities from around the country.

The Chiefs checked in at No. 2 in Yahoo! Sports’ rankings as well, behind only the Rams. Here's a portion of analyst Frank Schwab's fairly straight-forward thoughts on Kansas City:

"I'm not sure how anyone can stop the Chiefs."

It's still four weeks away, but based on the way things are going for both teams, the Chiefs' matchup with the Rams in Mexico City on Nov. 19 will be must-watch television.

In the meantime, however, Kansas City will look to continue its winning ways against the Denver Broncos this Sunday at Arrowhead Stadium. Click here to make sure that you're there.
