POWER RANKINGS

Power Rankings Week 13 | Where do the Chiefs Rank Following Sunday's Victory?

Here’s a look at the latest NFL power rankings from around the web

The Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Las Vegas Raiders, 31-17, on Sunday afternoon to maintain pace for the top seed in the AFC while also preserving their high standing in the various NFL "power rankings" from around the web.

The Chiefs checked in at No. 3 in the Sporting News’ rankings this week, trailing only the Philadelphia Eagles and San Francisco 49ers. Here's a portion of what they had to say about the Chiefs:

"…Their young receivers beyond Travis Kelce came through for Patrick Mahomes as they had their most complete offensive performance in several weeks, getting ready for the stretch run."

Kansas City also landed at No. 3 in Yahoo! Sports’ rankings this week behind only Philadelphia and San Francisco. Here's what NFL writer Frank Schwab wrote about the Chiefs:

"Rashee Rice's 107-yard game might end up being a big turning point in not just the Chiefs' season but for the entire NFL season. With the Chiefs' defense playing well, KC just needed a spark at receiver. If Rice's big game is a sign he's about to get hot, that's huge for the Chiefs."

Here's a look at where the Chiefs landed in a handful of other "power rankings" from around the web:

Bleacher Report: No. 2

Sports Illustrated: No. 3
